We renewed our sponsorship of sports education bursaries at the Sharks Academy on 22 September 2018. G.U.D. Holdings Executives presented our sponsorship cheque to the Sharks Academy during the Cell C Sharks vs Xerox Golden Lions at the Jonsson Kings Park Rugby Stadium. The G.U.D. sports bursaries include a tertiary education and professional rugby training at The Sharks Academy.

The Sharks Academy is a world-class rugby academy based in Durban, which is accredited by SA Rugby and backed by a strategic partnership with the Sharks. Since 2012 G.U.D. Holdings has provided over 57 sports education bursaries at The Sharks Academy.
