We are pleased to announce the local manufacture of our range of heavy duty conical shaped air filters, designed for the Freightliner Argosy 90 trucks. We have invested substantially in innovative cutting and assembly equipment to produce the conical shapes.

The ADG1600R (primary) and ADG1601R (secondary) air filters achieve impressive dust holding capacity through the conical design and contain the best gradient-filtration cellulose media available on the market. This ensures exceptional filtration efficiencies of more than 99.5% for the primary and 98.7% for the safety filter. The mesh screens are electro-galvanised to protect against corrosion and seamed with a ‘z-clip’ to protect against media chafing. Stabilising glue beads keep the media pleats locked in place to eliminate ‘pleat flutter’ under the high inlet flow rates. The polyurethane end-caps are tear and chemical resistant, offering durability in extreme operating conditions.
